What Content Management Systems (CMS) are out there for professional services firms?
I’m trying to find a CMS that would be good for a professional services firm (meaning a firm that profiles their projects and people). I’m looking for something opensource or that I can buy outright. I’m not looking to pay some monthly fee.
Does anybody know of any out there?

Any of the ones on http://opensourcecms.com/ are open source. CodeIgniter (http://codeigniter.com/ ) is another option, if you can write some code.
