I really want to know how I can save on programmers, I have a decent knowledge in coding but i cant do it myself. Thats why i believe there should be some open source software like Pligg to help me develop a site where people can ask there questions, and answer them of course. Any clue will be appreciated. The software I am using is kodak easy share. It works ok but I it shrinks the files down during editing. The edited videos are unusable because the resolution is so low. Any ideas?
I am using AVI files.

Preferably something Windows or Web based. I currently use MyInvoices, but it is having issues…I can no longer back up the database, a couple of invoices became corrupted, etc. I’m looking for something to replace it, but I don’t want anything as expensive or complex as Quickbooks. I would strongly prefer something free such as opensource or freeware. Any recommendations? (Prefer you actually use it yourself and know its good before you recommend it)

Looking for a simple CAD program, but don’t want to drop the coin for the expensive ones yet. I don’t need anything terribly fancy. I tried FreeCad, but it is no where near ready for use.
