OpenSource (Similar to Prophecy or pcmole or something)?

I’m looking to see if there are any open source api’s out there where i can get Dll’s with good ducumentation on some sort of api that can support semi truck routing.

SImilar api’s are ones like PCMOLE or PROPHESY. I’m doing research to see if i should stick with PCMOLE or go with Prophesy.

Mainly we need it for truck routing based on truck height and other factors and i figured id take open source into consideration.

Specifically I haven’t come across anything with a quick search, including pcmole or prophecy.

You may want to look at:
http://www.dna-evolutions.com/joptsdk.html

They have a free trial version, but it’s not open source.

You may find something here useful:
http://www.gisuser.com/index.php?option=com_remository&Itemid=105&func=selectcat&cat=6

There are a few open source API’s for GIS and mapping, whether any would have the particular features you need I have no idea, but the gisuser.com link above would be a good start.
You could also try searching at sourceforge.
