Opensource Alternative To Ms Frontpage?

Why do you need an open-source program? I’m going to assume it is because in order to get MS Frontpage onto your new computer you would have to pay a fee. If that is the case, I suggest you rephrase your question because although open-source software is freeware, not all freeware is open-source. So your question would exclude software that meets your needs and is free but does not have freely available source code.
