OCILIB is a C library for accessing Oracle databases. It encapsulates OCI (Oracle Call Interface), a low-level programming interface provided by Oracle that is a powerful but complex API. OCILIB is built on top of OCI, hiding its complexity and providing a simpler, more readable, and more reusable API.
