Im doing my assignment right now, and im looking for the information of “limitations of open source software”… Anyone can help me by providing me those information? Thankx ya!!!

What kinds of limitations?
Quality: Open source software *can* be better quality or worse (depends on who/how many people are maintaining it)
License: Much open source software is covered by a license (like GPL) which, if you use that code in your application, could force you to make your application open source, too.

…Maybe others.

What you are looking for is in the Terms and Agreements for the use of an Open Source project.

Each project has it own, and most adhere to the Open Source standard ,
