Is There Any Open Source Software Instead Of Autocad?

Basically i want to read autocad files from others and use some basic tools, eg dimensioning, small modifications etc. I do not want to find an illegal copy of autocad, but i also do not want to spend so much money to bye the whole software without using it that much. Thank you in advance for any proposal.

Yes, look for Intellicad or OpenDwg.

Google “open source autocad” if you don’t like that one.
