Is There An Opensource/freeware Software/website That Helps In Organising Team Based Sports?

I’ve checked PTO – helps in non-team based events.
There is a website that is there for this. I don’t remember it. Anyone who remembers this?

Frankly, I don’t know how you can expect someone to spend a lot of money on the hardware and software and also the Manpower Resources required and do all that for free.
They need to make their money from somewhere!
All trialware and shareware go on the assumption that the sample will lead to an order in the future.
Open source software like Linux were possible because of grants and the fact that a lot of people supported it with donations and then commissions from the paid versions.
Sport are not the kind of thing anyone would give away free, especially Team Sports, simply because a lot of people will pay to do it.
I suggest you stop looking for Shangri La
