EBAY & UBID WEBSITE SOFTWARE to set up a similar site good & cheap? opensource? SHOPPING CART?
i am looking at creating an internet sales page for south america, i dont want to go the yahoo stores route, wondering about shopping cart solutions or maybe even ebay style auction site software but cheap… i just got ripped off by one, my plan has proven succesful however im not confortable with the current scheme im using under mercado libre mexico would myspace accept that code?

A good place to start to get what you’re looking for is Sourceforge.net They have a lot of shopping carts (open source) which use MySQL and/or PHP or other free technology that can help you. Here’s the link to search for Shopping carts on Sourceforge –
