Does Anyone Know Of An Opensource Applicant Tracking Database For Recruitment?

Dont make it complicated – recruiting is complicated enough. Create a simple excel spreadsheet with the main information you need to reference on for audits reviews etc, etc..about applicants-i.e name, vet stat, sex,position applied for, EEO, status of app, and brief description box for _ hired – not enough exp-job history. Keep it simple- and most important keep the database updated throughout the day as you recruit
