Do You Know Of Any Opensource Or Freeware Graphics Programs?
I need something FREE that is not buggy and works as much like Photoshop as possible.
Features I use most often:
1. Cloning tool
2. Resize graphics (length, width, height)
3. Resize graphics (fewer kilobytes in size)
4. Add text to graphics
5. Adjust colors (brightness, color to b&w etc)
6. Save as JPEG
Does anyone know of a free graphics program that can do this? I use photoshop at work… and I’ve been using Paint at home. But Paint doesn’t have most of the features I am looking for.
Thanks.

Well, except for paint most Graphic Programs should support the requested features.
The GIMP is indeed a great program, and with Gimpshop! there is a version that gives you the power of GIMP in the clothes of Photoshop.
