Do You Know Of Any Opensource Or Freeware Graphics Programs?

I need something FREE that is not buggy and works as much like Photoshop as possible.
Features I use most often:
1. Cloning tool
2. Resize graphics (length, width, height)
3. Resize graphics (fewer kilobytes in size)
4. Add text to graphics
5. Adjust colors (brightness, color to b&w etc)
6. Save as JPEG
Does anyone know of a free graphics program that can do this? I use photoshop at work… and I’ve been using Paint at home. But Paint doesn’t have most of the features I am looking for.
Thanks.

Well, except for paint most Graphic Programs should support the requested features.
The GIMP is indeed a great program, and with Gimpshop! there is a version that gives you the power of GIMP in the clothes of Photoshop.

This program is not Open Source and you have to register to use it, but otherwise quite good.http://freeserifsoftware.com/software/Ph…
Paint.NET
Another Open Source program, requires the .NET-framework 2.0http://www.getpaint.net/
