CLHep 2.03.03 (HepMC branch)
CLHep is intended to be a set of HEP-specific
foundation and utility classes such as random
generators, physics vectors, geometry, and linear
algebra.

Changes:
Several simple math methods were added to the FourVector and ThreeVector. A beta release of IO_GenEvent was added. IO_GenEvent will now read the old IO_Ascii format. CommonIO was added to contain shared methods. User manuals were merged into a single manual. Compilers named g++-x.y.z are now recognized. A bug in src/IO_GenEvent.cc was fixed.
