‘Chat with Live Suppot’ on a website, where can I get a free web application that does this?

I believe everyone has seen those ‘Live Support’ on websites, that when you click them it pretty much tosses you in a Que with someone to chat with. I was wondering if there was any free/opensource web applications that do this and where I can get one. Thanks.

Yes, there is one that I know my university uses called Meebo.
Here is a little info from their website:
Meebo Me lets you chat with anyone who comes to your blog or Web page. Visitors show up in your Meebo buddylist so you can strike up a conversation, answer questions, or just keep tabs on guests. Publish your online status so friends can see if you’re available when they visit your site.

This is the page that links to that particular product:
http://www.meebo.com/meebome/

The product is free and is just some code you insert into your webpage. The product is legit and, as I said, is already used at some larger institutions.
