getsnmp 0.8 (Default branch)

getsnmp is a scheduler for collecting SNMP values
from any network equipment and storing these
values in an rrdtool database.

Changes:
Specific MIB directories can be added. Logging is
done in all cases. A segfault which occurred in
some cases when loading configuration was fixed.

Nexenta Storage Appliance is designed and built to
operate as a 2nd tier storage alongside
pre-existing commercial storage, providing online
continuation of data for months and years, with
tapes relegated to archival purposes only. The
appliance is targeted for 2nd-tier NAS and iSCSI
applications requiring extremely low cost storage
as well as dramatically simplified provisioning,
expansion, backup, replication, and archiving. It
can also be used as a primary NAS in businesses
that wish to expand at closer to commodity
pricing. It supports unlimited snapshots, snapshot
mirroring (replication), and easy management of
extremely large storage pools.

NMCD may be used as a reliable SMF service.
Dynamic volroot was added to support mounting
volumes at arbitrary mountpoints. A patch to write
throttle results in excessive delay was

added. Additional interfaces were added for NMV,
namely lunsync and volume version. Many bugs were
fixed.

pg/python proboscis 1.0 (Default branch)

pg_proboscis is a pure Python driver/interface for
PostgreSQL. It is designed to give maximum
flexibility to a user by providing protocol-level
prepared statements and cursors. It features basic
SSL support, COPY TO/FROM, automatic
encoding/decoding of character data, and timestamp support regardless of the backend configuration(integer_datetimes).

It scans the system configuration and creates an
overview of system information and security issues

Changes:
This release adds several feature enhancements to
improve the execution of tests. For example, a new
option has been added to disable the upgrade test.
Another parameter has been added to perform an
update availability check manually. A new section,
LDAP Services, has been added with small support
for OpenLDAP. Additional file systems and boot
loader support is available. Several tests have
code cleanups, improved descriptions, or
additional checks.

sakura 2.1.2 (Default branch)

sakura is a vte-based terminal emulator. It aims
to provide a terminal emulator that only depends
on GTK and VTE. It uses a notebook to allow
multiple tabs in the same window.

STUBS and Franki/Earlgrey Linux 0.8.0/0.9.5 (STUBS Configurations branch)

The STUBS Toolchain and Utility Build Suite is a
set of scripts designed to build one or more
software packages by means of a pre-written set of
configuration files. Each configuration file
encapsulates the necessary build and install
commands for a given package, and URLs are
included so source and patches can be downloaded
as necessary. STUBS is designed to both bootstrap
and work within the Franki/Earlgrey Linux
environment (an extensible busybox and
uClibc-based Linux boot floppy produced by one of
several example STUBS configurations).

Changes:
This release officially kicks off the 0.8.0 stable
series. New and updated packages since 0.6.x
include autossh, bzip2, findutils, file, httping,

gc-utils 0.2.2 (Default branch)

gc-utils is a small set of scripts that let you
import and update CVS repositories into git very
easy and let you export patches back into a CVS
working copy. To makes the exchange easy, gc-utils
stores the CVS working copy into a subdirectory
and receives all information from there whenever
necessary.

Changes:
This releases mainly fixes a portability issue on
BSD like systems that don’t have GNU install(1).
Additionally, some script outputs were beautified.

segatex is a tool to configure SELinux policy with
the help of a GUI. At the push of buttons, it can
generate a .te file in the /root/segatex
directory. You can then edit your .te file, make a
module, and install. You can make any module name
and also edit present modules. You can install,
update, and remove modules. Also, you can semanage
list and semanage login, fcontext, and port. You
can download SELinux related RPMs, including
xguest and sepostgresql.
